Most aluminum padlocks have hardened boron alloy steel shackles for superior cut resistance, and are chrome plated for extra corrosion resistance. These lightweight, durable padlocks are offered in nine anodized finishes: black (BLK), blue (BLU), brown (BRN), clear/silver (CLR), green (GRN), orange (ORJ), purple (PRP), red (RED) or yellow (YLW). Rust-resistant brass shackles are available as an optional upgrade for corrosion-resistance in harsh outdoor environments.
