Description Rim Exit Devices are used on either single or double doors. When installing on double doors, a mullion (center piece) is required to enable the latch bolt, thus securing the door. All hardware is exposed. Applications include hollow metal, wood or aluminum doors. This style easily retrofits existing doors with Jacksonﾮ 1295 exit devices. The Ilco Rim Exit Devices feature a ﾾﾔ (19 mm) throw latchbolt, non-handed. Surface mounted strike options include type ﾓCﾔ (standard) and type ﾓSﾔ (for blade stop).
