  • The O46HD provides an economical and accurate manual cutting solution for duplication flat type keys (Safe and Safe Deposit type). Manually operated, this is an ideal duplicator for cutting these specialty type keys.
    Loaded with useful features that any user will appreciate, it is an excellent choice for either shop or mobile use. Performance tested design assures years of dependable service.
  • ﾕ Super Jaw 3, Secure Grip, Four position, vise jaws; securely clamp flat keys without the need for adapters.
    ﾕ Permanenty Lubricated cutter spindle shaft ball bearings rather than bushings; bearings are usually found on more expensive models.
    ﾕ Hardened carriage shaft and cutter spindle provide extended service life.
    ﾕ Wide spacing betwenn vise jaws; Accommodates longer key types.
    ﾕ Dial type depth adjusstment system greatly simplifies calibration and improves accuracy.
    ﾕ Ideal for shop or mobile use; 1/4 hp motor will operate with most invertors and generators that supply 500 watts (continuous) or higher output (115 Volt AC).
    ﾕ Special depth limits device guards against cutter contact with vise jaws.
